Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of a monthly budget for advertising networks, focusing on the Japanese market.
- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to scale Daily Active Users (DAU) in the Japanese market.
- Analyze data and optimize user acquisition campaigns based on LTV and ROAS evaluations.
- Monitor and report campaign performance regularly to company stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Design, Sales, Product, and Data teams to align on company goals and strategies.
- Manage relationships with existing advertising partners and identify new platforms and opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest user acquisition trends, market dynamics and emerging platforms in Japan.

応募資格・条件 | The User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various third-party networks and social channels to ensure the growth of our user base in the Japanese market. The successful candidate will report directly to the Country Manager (Japan) and Global Head of User Acquisition, working closely in a matrixed cross-functional team to align on company goals and strategies. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or mobile user acquisition within the gaming industry. - Undergraduate degree in marketing, finance, or equivalent experience. - Proficiency in Japanese and English, with strong bilingual communication skills. - Deep expertise in mobile advertising technology, including attribution platforms. - Ability to analyze performance data and metrics to guide decisions related to UA operations. - Effective collaboration with the company's Design Team to produce high-performing and data-driven ad creatives. - Previous experience working with SDK networks, DSPs, SSPs, Facebook, Google and other platforms relevant to the Japanese market. |
